This programme is designed specifically for founders, CEOs, and senior executives who are navigating high-stakes environments. It is ideal for leaders who feel they have hit a ceiling in their personal capacity or are experiencing internal friction that is limiting their external impact.
The engagement lasts for 6 months with weekly 90-minute sessions. Beyond the sessions, you will need to allocate time for applying the frameworks in real-time. This is not passive learning; it requires active experimentation and reflection during your working week.
While we do deep internal work (looking at beliefs, identity, and defense mechanisms), the aim is always forward-looking performance and leadership effectiveness. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building the future. While we will address past patterns in a limited way where they block you, the primary focus is on who you are becoming and how you show up in your work right now. Reduced rates are offered for clients who commit to longer-term work and prepay for extended block packages. These are structured as follows: 10% for 6 months (24 sessions) 20% for 12 months (48 sessions)
