I work with men who are in stable positions, but want more. Many clients come to me because they are successful on paper but feel a sense of hollowness or repetition in their personal experience. If you are in genuine crisis, I am not the right person for you. A therapist or counsellor is where to start.

No. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building the future. While we will address past patterns in a limited way where they block you, the primary focus is on who you are becoming and how you show up in your life right now. If you are concerned about your mental health, please contact a licensed therapist in your area.

Sessions are a blend of deep inquiry, challenge, and practical strategy. We might explore a current conflict, deconstruct a recurring emotional trigger, or design a new growth arc for your personal development. I use a variety of methods and tools, depending on I notice works best for you. The core theme is that our discussion are active, candid, and focused on measurable real-world change. Typically sessions end with setting short term experiments and stretch goals, designed to reinforce new identity and progress you tangibly towards your personal goals.

Reduced rates are offered for clients who commit to longer-term work and prepay for extended block packages. These are structured as follows: 10% for 6 months (24 sessions) 20% for 12 months (48 sessions)
